The studio
We create furniture that feels at home, wherever home may be.
The Kayu Atelier is an Indonesian furniture and interior business, with workshops in Sanur, Bali; Jepara and Semarang, Central Java; and Bandung, West Java. We work with homeowners, designers, hospitality teams, and international buyers to turn ideas into pieces that belong in the space they are made for.
Each brief is shaped around how a room is lived in — the grain, the finish, the scale — so the work feels considered rather than produced at a distance.
